He has extensive experience of over 32 years with exposure in commercial Banking, project financing, capital and equity market operations, marketing and treasury affairs during his vast and versatile career with MCB and NITL.He possesses adequate professional and educational qualifications, with special focus on organizational growth, project management and pro-active leadership.
Mian Tajammal Hussain
Mian Tajammal Hussain is representing, in his personal capacity as an entrepreneur on the Board of NITL. He is the Chairman, Chenab Group, which is involved in integrated manufacturing and export of Textile goods as well as in Agricultural products. Mr. Hussain has qualified as a graduate in “Advance Management Course” at Harvard Business School, USA, alongwith acquiring specialization in Industrialization from NUFFICE, Netherland. He has had a vast experience as a member on Boards of State Bank of Pakistan, President, Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry, President, Lahore Stock Exchange (G) Ltd, Chairman, APTMA and Senior V.P., FPCCI. Also he is the Patron President of Pakistan Industrial Employers Federation, Chairman Skill Development Council Lahore, and President of Tajammal Foundation. Moreover he is the Honorary Counsel General of the Republic of Turkey.
Mr. S. Ali Raza
Mr. S. Ali Raza is the Chairman and President, National Bank of Pakistan; the largest Commercial Bank in the country. He has more than 36 years of Banking experience as well as a vast Board room experience of different Banks, Financial Institutions,Pakistan Banks Association, Multi-national Companies, Sports Bodies, Academia etc. He is also the recipient of a number of awards, including Sitara-e- Imtiaz, Asian Banker Leadership Award etc. Mr. Raza is a graduate of London School of Economics and also holds Masters Degree in Administrative Sciences from Graduate Business Centre, London – UK.
Mr. Abdul Razak Adamjee
Mr. Abdul Razak Adamjee is representing Adamjee Foundation on the Board. Mr. Adamjee has acquired graduation in Business Administration and Textile Engineering from Carolina State University, USA and has been associated with various business concerns of the Adamjee Family, since many decades. He has also served as a Member on various national level trade bodies / committees in private as well as Government Sector.
Ms. Rukhsana Saleem
Ms. Rukhsana Saleem, Chairperson, Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited is a senior Civil servant, having 32 years of diversified experience. She has served at various important positions with Government of Pakistan, which includes, Export Processing Zones Authority, Karachi Port Trust, Trading Corporation of Pakistan, Secretary, Departments of Finance, Health, Local Government and Rural Development, Population Welfare and Women Development etc. She holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from Karachi University and another Masters Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, USA.
Mr. Jamal Nasim
Mr. Jamal Nasim, Managing Director, Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan, has more than 33 years of professional experience with NDFC and IDBP, which includes Commercial Banking, Project Management, Operations, Treasury , Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance etc. He also has a substantial experience of serving on the Boards of Directors of different companies in Textile, Sugar and Food sectors. He has also held the position of Executive Director, Equity Participation Fund. He holds a Masters degree, in Business Administration, from Asian Institute of Management, Manila – Philippines.
Mr. Muhtashim Ahmad Ashai
MR. Muhtashim Ashai has fifteen years of professional experience in banking sector. At present he holds the position of Senior Executive Vice President and Group Head of Wholesale Banking Group at MCB Limited. He graduated with a BS degree from UET and completed his MBA from LUMS, followed by the International Management Program at MC Gill University in Montreal. For the last ten years, he has been working with ABN AMRO Bank in various roles in Pakistan, Singapore, Japan and China.
Mr. Bahauddin Khan
Mr. Bahauddin Khan is a well reputed, experienced Banker, currently serving as the Group Executive – Global Operations Services (SEVP), UBL He is mainly responsible for planning and developing efficient Corporate, Retail and Consumer Operations, assuring high quality and delivery, maintenance of administrative services along with initiation and supervision of bank wide projects. Additionally he leads and directs the Business Continuity Planning framework. He also contributes to strategic planning, decision making and policy review for the Bank. He comes with a diversified professional background of more than 29 years acumen, with different Multinationals and Local Banks in various fields of Banking. In addition he is also serving as the Chairman for National Institutional Facilitation Technologies (Pvt) Limited (NIFT).
Ms. Nazrat Bashir
Ms. Nazrat Bashir is currently serving as Joint Secretary – Investment Wing, Finance Division, Government of Pakistan. She has more than 29 years of professional experience of working in various senior positions with the Government including Government of Punjab, Ministries of Defense, Industries, Finance, and Board of Investment. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Peshawar University and another Masters Degree in Economics from New York University, New York, USA. She has also attended various local and international training courses of repute which include Executive Development Program (University of Harvard), Challenges and opportunities in modern International Finance, Instruments of Financial Markets etc.
