Investment Committee of NIT

The Committee is responsible for formulating the overall investment policies and strategies. All the investment and divestment decisions are made by the Investment Committee of NIT in line with the objective and investment policy of the scheme based on feedback provided by the Research Department while ensuring that investments do not deviate from the Constitutive Documents and Regulations for meeting the objectives of the collective scheme.

Roles and Responsibilities

	Setting investment policies and guidelines regarding asset allocation.
	Making decisions regarding investment and divestment in line with the objective of the scheme and ensuring consistency with the Constitutive Documents and regulations.
	Record and sign its decisions along with rationale and objective for buying or selling each security and highlighting the limits including price, quantity etc for each scheme.
	Maintaining minutes and proper record of Committee meetings and investment/divestment decisions.
	Ensure that investment decisions are implemented with due care, diligence and in an ethical manner.
	Reviewing the performance of the Collective Investment Scheme on a regular and timely basis.
